Once the structural issue is resolved, the lower-level will receive all new flooring and ceiling tiles, as well as an overall refresh of the walls. The entire space will be opened up by removing the center wall and replacing it will be a gallery of columns to facilitate unity in gatherings. The bathroom facilities will be expanded, including larger women’s and men’s bathrooms and a new dedicated family bathroom will be provided. To accommodate social events, a new caterer’s kitchen will be installed.
